About Us

Aquinas Farms has had experience with Katahdins since 2022.  Our mission is to give our customers the best breeding stock possible.  We raise Katahdin sheep which are beyond organic and 100% grass-fed.  They are known for their parasite resistance, mildly flavored meat, and the shedding of their coats which means that they don’t need to be sheared.  They are on pasture all summer, given hay in the winter, and have access to free-choice minerals all year round.  They are bred for overall health, parasite resistance, hands-free lambing and mothering, and good body conformation.  Our passion is quality, and we strive to produce the best sheep possible.
